True to Myself
My journey began in Eindhoven, where I grew up before studying International Business in Maastricht and Singapore. During my studies, I was introduced to foreign cultures and different ways of life, and I wanted to explore more of this. After my graduation, I started working in the high-tech sector and had the privilege of leading diverse global teams with people from various nationalities and backgrounds. I lived and worked in cities such as Stockholm, Budapest, Paris, London, San Francisco, Shanghai, and Graz.
Life is about discovering, growing, and becoming more of who you truly are.
At some point, I realized there was more to life than work. I chose to put myself first and to follow my heart. My search for self-awareness gave me insight into old patterns and fears. I learned to trust my sensitivity, enabling me to ‘read’ people and situations, discovered the power of staying authentic, and developed my own leadership style.
A few years ago, I made a conscious choice to create more balance in my life—a step that felt like the beginning of a new adventure. Then, cancer changed everything. Suddenly, there was no clear path forward; I lived one day at a time. It was only after successfully completing my last treatments that I slowly dared to make plans again.
It was a rollercoaster, but it led me to one important realization:
I want to do what truly energizes me.

With this experience, I knew I wanted to make a difference for others. I signed up for an intensive course to become a professional coach and discovered that coaching is my true passion—not only for individuals but, in the future, also within organizations and teams.
I have learned so much about myself, through trial and error. I have tested my limits, lost myself, and found myself again—each time stronger than before. And because of my illness, I became even more aware of by staying close to myself, I experience inner balance and I am able to do what is best for me.
Life is about discovering, growing, and becoming more of who you truly are.
